Terrell Owens and the Allen Wranglers will take on the undefeated Sioux Falls Storm Saturday, April 14th at 7pm at the Allen Event Center.
The Wranglers are coming off of a bye week that followed their franchise-record 86-point game against the Nebraska Danger. Quarterback/Receiver Maurice Avery and the Wranglers’ offense will strive to blow past the 43-point average allowed by the Storm defense in front of a record-setting crowd.
The Storm, led by quarterback Chris Dixon, are 5-0 on the season and have consistently held the top spot in the United Conference in the weekly coaches’ poll. In their last game against the Chicago Slaughter the Storm came back from a 38-all tie at halftime to win 73-45. One of only two undefeated teams in the league, Sioux Falls comes into this game looking to maintain their perfect record and mar the Wranglers quest for the top spot in the Intense Conference.
